How to SUpport loved ones with Mental Health conditions

  • Visit MentalHealth.gov to learn how you can talk about mental health and support friends or family members with mental health conditions

  • Participate in Mental Health First Aid, a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues

  • Find and join a NAMI Family Support Group, a support network for adults with loved ones living with a mental health condition
